Schroders Capital’s real estate team has today announced it has signed an outsourcing agreement with CBRE, which will provide real estate fund administration services in the UK and Luxembourg.
Under the new agreement, CBRE’s Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions (IA&R) group provides fund accounting and administration services for approximately £11.0 billion of Schroders Capital’s UK (including Jersey) and Luxembourg-based real estate funds.
The partnership follows the robust growth of Schroders Capital’s real estate activities, and will enable the firm to increasingly scale its services to meet client demands across its global product base.
Schroders Capital will benefit from CBRE's scalable accounting platform, deep administrative expertise, innovative technology platform and global footprint.
