Wenlock Works

The completion of the new offices of Wenlocks Works with approx. 12,000 m² is planned for 2019. It's located near Old Street tube station in an area that has become the epicentre of London's vibrant tech scene. The streets that branch off from the well-known roundabout, the Silicon Roundabout, are home to a diverse community of established digital leaders and innovative start-ups.

During the extensive renovation, the well-being of the tenants played an important role. Wenlock Works has ingenuously reimagined Old Street's old warehouses from the heyday of the industrial age. The memories served as an inspiration for new ways of thinking and working for the community and visionaries of today. The building is flooded with natural light and has facilities for bicycles and green terraces. The property is expected to be awarded the Excellent rating at the BREEAM UK Refurbishment and Fit-out 2014. The office is aiming for Wired Score Platinum certification, which meets tenants' stringent requirements in terms of technology and connectivity.
