LEED Gold, Office Renovation

A property in Helsinki that we hold in one of our portfolios is being sustainably renovated for the well-being of its users. The goal is to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold green building certification. The building renovation behind a listed façade leads to a high-quality office space of almost 300 m². Restaurants are planned on the ground floor, opening up to a new glazed atrium, which will also be used by the office tenants on six upper floors. The atrium offers a flexible, light-flooded area for all users. The indoor climate for the tenants benefits from high-performance electricity supply, heating and ventilation systems. The completion date is scheduled for the end of 2019.
