Why we invested
Our decision to invest in this facility was motivated by its key operational role for SPAR, facilitating dependable and efficient supply chain management. The property’s modern specifications and advantageous height of approximately 12 metres enhance its utility and flexibility. With a strong tenant covenant and an energy rating of A1, the asset offers reliable income and inflation hedge, making it a valuable addition to our portfolio.
