The Schroder Nordic Real Estate Fund, managed by Schroder Real Estate KVG mbH, part of Schroders Capital, is announcing the sale of an office property in Stockholm.
The building, which is located in Stockhom (Skogskarlen 2, Solna), has been acquired by Swedish Torslanda Property Investment AB.
The property consists of a modern office complex with six floors, totalling 12,100 square metres and encompassing 424 parking spaces with electrical charging stations. The sale is expected to close in March 2022.
Colliers International AB acted as advisor to the Schroder Nordic Real Estate Fund and Skierfe Advokatfirma as legal advisor.
