Customer complaints procedure

Schroders Capital Management (France) has established and maintains an operational procedure to respond quickly and efficiently to customer complaints.

Any complaint must be addressed by mail to Schroders Capital Management (France), 1 rue Euler, 75008 Paris or by e-mail to complaints.scmf@schroders.com.

 The team undertakes to provide a response within the following time limits: 10 business days maximum from receipt of the complaint, to acknowledge receipt of the complaint, unless the response itself is given to the customer within this period - and 2 months maximum between the date of issuance of the complaint and the date of delivery of the response to the customer, except in duly justified special circumstances.
