Achim Küssner, Head of Schroder Investment Management (Europe) S.A., German Branch:
“Investments in private assets and real estate are known for long-term and stable growth trends. Given the currently anaemic interest rates and uncertain stock market outlook, private assets offer opportunities for institutional investors that are high-yielding and predictable in terms of risk planning. We are therefore also expecting increased demand in this space in the future from investors, who we are continuously developing suitable solutions for.
"Meythaler has already shown in his previous roles that he could produce excellent results for institutional investors. Given our overall team set-up and this new addition, we believe Schroders in Germany is in a very good position to achieve further growth in real estate for the benefit of our clients.”
