Schroders Capital today announces it has appointed Johan Brakenhielm as Head of the Nordics for Real Estate.
Johan, who has more than 20 years of real estate experience, will be focused on strengthening the existing real estate platform in the region and on further developing the business.
Most recently, Johan has been the Chief Operating Officer of Swedish real estate company, Offentliga Hus, where he oversaw the property portfolio, all transactions and was highly involved in the listing of company. His extensive experience also encompasses tenures at ING, CBRE Global Investors and Ernst & Young Real Estate.
