Schroders Capital acquires key logistics business park spanning more than 500,000 sqm near Eindhoven Airport
GDC Noord is an important multi-use logistics site along the A2 highway in Eindhoven in direct vicinity of Eindhoven Airport offering easy access to Dutch main ports and the surrounding borders of Germany and Belgium.

Schroders Capital has acquired the full ownership of the leasehold grounds located on business park 'GDC Noord' in Eindhoven, on behalf of one its real estate strategies.
The grounds encompass more than 500,000 sqm, divided over eight plots. Long-term leaseholds have been issued to companies with strong financial covenants resulting in a long-term secured inflation-linked income stream.
GDC Noord is an important multi-use logistics site along the A2 highway in Eindhoven in direct vicinity of Eindhoven Airport offering easy access to Dutch main ports and the surrounding borders of Germany and Belgium.
The site is a popular operating base for logistics and industrial businesses. The ground lease contracts have an average remaining lease term of 76 years.
With this acquisition, Schroders Capital is further expanding its logistics and industrial portfolio.
